Mentoring
Mentoring is an individual coaching relationship between the manager and the entrepreneur, based on confidentiality, listening, trust, help and respect.
For such a privileged relationship to exist, a mentor must be rich in experience and success and willing to share and pass along his knowledge, vision and passion with the “mentee.”
